摘要
对用共沉淀法研制的乙烯氧氯化制二氯乙烷催化剂的制备工艺条件进行了考察,并用流化床反应装置对催化剂的活性及选择性进行评价,其结果HCl转化率>99.5%,二氯乙烷纯度>98.5%。
A catalyst for oxychlorination of ethylene to EDC by coprecipitation was prepared.Its technical conditions were investigated. The activity and selectivity for catalyst were studied using fluid bed reactor.The results indicate that the HCl conversion is>99.5%,and the purity of EDC>98.5%.
