摘要
研究了固相法高氯化聚乙烯(HCPE)溶液的性能。结果表明:在本试验研究的氯含量范围内,HCPE的流体力学体积为恒量,特性粘度随HCPE氯含量的提高稍有下降,随原料分子量的提高显著增大;原料分子量、氯含量、温度及溶液固含量影响着HCPE浓溶液的粘度,其中,原料分子量和溶液固含量的影响较大。
The solution properties of chlorinated polyethylene with high chlorine content(HCPE)were studied.The HCPE in this experiment was synthesised by the solid state method.The results show that the fluid dynamic volume of HCPE remains constant when the chlorine content is in the range of our research(55.6%~68.1%).The intrinsic viscosity decreases slightly with increasing chlorine content,and increases with increasing molecular weight of HDPE.The molecular weight of HDPE,and its chlorine content,temperature and solid content of HCPE solution affect the viscosity of solution where the molecular weight of HDPE and solid content affect viscosity most.
