摘要
通过对合理低价评标法的分析,阐述了其在工作实践中所发挥的优势及运用该方法加强招标管理所要采取的必要措施,从而使投资效益在工程建设中得到充分发挥,并在激烈的竞争中使企业立于不败之地。
Based upon analysis of the bid evaluation method of rational low price the advantages of this method and its application in bid invitation management as well as necessary measures are elaborated, in order to make full use of investment and make survive for enterprises in the fierce competition.
