The following paper introduces the geographic position of the highway from Yangfangkou to Hanjialou, discusses the meaning ＂and function of it in national economy and road net, and illustrates the necessity of its reconstruction from integrated transport capacity of road net, external transportation, economic development along the line, and the improvement of transport quality, in order to perfect road net structure in Shanxi and promote the national economic development along the line.
