The political modernization course of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia contains four aspects： the construction of Saudi national state; the establishment of modern Saudi political system; the spilt of Saudi political composition ＆ enlargement of political engagement and the transformation of Saudi rule by law system ＆ secularization. Saudi Arabia has many obvious characteristics distinguish from other Arab countries： the political modernization process from within; distinctive Wahhabiyah Islamic trait; the gradual moderate transformation pattern and dual political structure pattern.
