高性能复配型土酸酸化缓蚀剂V-1

HIGH PERFORMANCE MUD ACID CORROSION INHIBITOR V 1

为了防止地层酸化时土酸对钢铁设备及井下油、套管的腐蚀，研制了Ｖ１型土酸酸化缓蚀剂。该剂是以一种有机胺盐、炔醇和商品缓蚀剂Ｄｏｄｉｇｅｎ９５为主要成分的复配型缓蚀剂，适用于各种土酸酸化体系。本文介绍了该剂的室内性能评价和现场试验结果。

Mud acid corrosion inhibitor V 1 is composed of an organic amine salt, an alkynol, and Dodigen 95, an imported HF acid corrosion inhibitor. The inhibition rate of V 1 (1.0%) for carbon steel N80 in 12∶3 mud acid at 60℃ (99.2%) is better than that of all corrosion inhibitors used at Jilin Oil Fields. V 1 is well compatible with a lot of mud acid additives (clayswelling controller, Fe stabilizers, backflow aid etc). Three ingredients of V 1 show synergistic effects. V 1 is of anode/cathode control type and, preferentially, of anode control type as shown by electrochemical measurements. The successful field tests on V 1 in acidizing 3 production and 4 water injection wells with bottom temperature 50-70℃ are introducted briefly.
