原油消泡剂HBX-1的研制及应用

PREPRATION AND USE OF CRUDE OIL DEFOAMER HBX 1

原油消泡剂ＨＢＸ１由消泡主剂、溶剂及少量润湿分散剂复配而成。本文介绍了消泡主剂和溶剂的选择、配方确定、ＨＢＸ１的技术指标及在华北油田采油三厂高一联合站现场试验的情况。在原油中加入ＨＢＸ１使油气易于分离，电脱水器工作平稳，脱水原油含水率降低。本文还扼要地介绍了测定原油消泡剂的方法。

Crude oil defoamer HBX 1 is composed of a surfactant as main component, a solvent, and a wetter/dispersant. In this paper, the surfactant and solvent selection, the formulation and the characteristics of HBX 1 as commercial product are presented. In a field test conducted at oil gathering plant of the 3rd oil production factory in Huabei, introducing HBX 1 in 40—60 ppm into crude oil leads to complete oil/gas separation, to normal work of the electric dehydrating apparatus and to obtaining purified crude oil with water cut significanty decreased (0.32 mg/l). A method of determining defoaming rate of a defoamer in foaming crude oil is suggested.
