摘要
用引发聚合方法合成了AM/DMAM/AMPS三元共聚物。研究结果表明,在单体总浓度10%—20%、引发剂浓度0.03%—0.05%、pH值为中性时,在50—60℃反应4—6小时可以得到转化率92%—99%、特性粘数600—900ml/g的无规共聚物。通过元素分析、红外光谱等研究了共聚物的分子结构。
To seek polymers for EOR in hostile reservoirs the synthesis of acrylamide/N,N dimethylacrylamide 2 acrylamido 2 methylpropane solfonic acid (AM/DMAM/AMPS) terpolymers by initiated polymerization in aqueous solution is studied and the structure of the terpolymers obtained is determined by IR and element analysis. It is shown that both high conversion of monomers and high characteristic viscosity of terpolymers in a 10% mixed salt solution can be reached with reacting mixtures containing 10-20% monomers and 0.03-0.05% initiator in neutral media (pH 6-8) at 50-60℃ in 4-6 hrs. The terpolymers obtained are random ones and contain 37-42% AM, 38-30% DMAM, and 24-28% AMPS.
