原发骶骨脊索瘤的外科治疗9例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment in 9 Patients with Primary Sacrum Chordoma

目的探讨骶骨脊索瘤的外科治疗方法。方法9例原发骶骨脊索瘤采用后方入路手术6例,前后联合入路手术3例,腰骶部后路钉棒系统内固定5例。结果随访2～6年,1例复发,2例大小便功能短暂障碍,其余效果良好。结论骶骨脊索瘤的最佳治疗为广泛的手术切除。

Objective To discuss the surgical methods of sacral chordoma. Methods Among 9 cases with sacral chordoma,6 cases were treated with posteriol, approach and 3 cases with combined anterior-posterior approach. 5 cases received internal fixation. Results The followed-up of 2 to 6 years showed that there was recurrence of 1 case and sphincter dysfunction of 2 cases. Conclusions Complete resection of tumor is the most effective way to manage sacrum chordoma.
