同侧带静脉血管蒂的腓骨移植治疗胫骨骨缺损2例报告

目的:探讨带静脉血管蒂的腓骨移植治疗胫骨骨缺损的可行性。方法:左胫腓骨开放性骨折合并胫骨骨缺损,同时合并同侧腓动脉损伤的病人,做带腓静脉血管蒂的腓骨移植,治疗胫骨骨缺损。结果:两例带静脉血管蒂的腓骨移植与带腓动脉血管蒂的腓骨移植治疗胫骨骨缺损的功能康复结果相近。明显优于单纯用腓骨移植。结论:胫骨大段骨缺损,同时合并同侧腓动脉损伤或同时合并胫前、胫后动脉损伤需保留腓动脉的病人,给予带腓静脉血管蒂的腓骨转移,是一个可行的手术新方法。

Objective：Is it bring vein blood vessel fibula of the base of a huit to is it treal shin bone bone flawed or damaged feasibility to transplant to probe into.Methods：Left tibiofibula open fracture bone flawed or damaged to amalgamate shin bone, amalgamate with side calf of the leg patient that artery damage at the same time, make the fibula with the base of a fruit of blood vessel of vein of calf of the leg to transplant,treat the shin bone bone flawed or damagedly.Results： Two as a result bring vein blood vessel fibula ofthe base of a fruit to is it neat shin bone bone flawed or damaged function recover the result and fibula with the base of a fruit of blood vessel of artery of calf of the leg transplant and treat the shin bone to transplant bone flawed or damaged function close to recover result.Superior to simple to transplant.Conclusion：Shin bone heavy sections of flawed or damaged bone with fibula obviously, is it damage or amalgamate shin at the same time with side calf of the leg artery to amalgamate at the same time.The artery damages the patient needing to keep the artery of calf of the leg,shift the fubula with the base of a fruit of blood vessel of vein of calf of the leg after the shin,it is a feasible new method of operation.
