复张性肺水肿25例报告

Clinical observation and nursing about reexpansion pulmonary edema(RPE)

目的:探讨复张性肺水肿的观察要点与治疗措施。方法:对25例复张性肺水肿患者采用了以下措施:严密观察病情变化,早发现、早处理;保持呼吸道通畅;合理用氧纠正低氧血症;缓慢间断复张;加强基础护理。结果:23例治愈,2例抢救无效死亡。结论:要严密观察复张时患者的病情变化,针对病情加强治疗。

Objective： To investigate about observation point and nursing measure of reexpansin pulmonary edema. Melhods：25 patients of reexpansion pulmonary edema underwent the following measures： changes of the diseases must be observed closely and found, diagnosed, dealt with earlier; keep the respiratory way smooth; oxygen should be used reasonably, the blood stream motivation should be kept steady; strengthen the base nursing; reexpanse the lung slowly and unconstantly. Results： 23 patients were cured, 2 patient died. Conclusion：The changes of diseases must be observed closely when reexpansion is going nursing should be strengthened according to the state of diseases.
