二精丸有效部位对肾阴虚模型记忆障碍影响及其机制的实验研究

Effects of Active Fractions in Erjing Pills on Dysmnesia with Kidney-yin Deficiency and Its Mechanism

目的探讨二精丸有效部位对肾阴虚模型学习记忆障碍的影响及其机制。方法使用附子、肉桂等热性中药复制大鼠肾阴虚模型。二精方总黄酮和总多糖灌胃给药结束后Morris水迷宫法测定各组的学习记忆能力,采用酶联免疫法检测大鼠血清激素水平。结果二精丸总黄酮和总多糖能显著提高模型大鼠的学习记忆能力;能显著恢复模型大鼠激素水平。结论二精丸总黄酮和总多糖能提高模型大鼠的学习记忆能力。

Objective To investigate the effects of active fractions in Erjing pills on dysmnesia with kidney - yin deficiency and its mechanism. Methods Hot- natured herbs like Radix aconite laterails preparata and Cortex cinnamomi were used to cause rats model of kidney - yin deficiency. After administration through gavage with total flavonoids and total polysaccharide in Erjing pills, learning and memorizing ability of each group were tested with Morris water maze, and serum hormone levels were determined with enzyme -linked immunoassay. Results Total flavonoids and total polysaccharide in Erjing pills could improve the rats＇learning and memorizing ability remarkably, and can obviously recover the rats＇hormone levels. Conclusion Total flavonoids and total polysaccharide in Erjing pills can improve the rats＇learning and memorizing ability.
