102 Cases of Internal and External Use of TCM for Treating Intractable Vaginitis

目的探索中药治疗经久不愈的阴道炎的疗效。方法采用自拟方内服(党参、白术、黄柏、山药、白芍、芡实、苍术、车前子、白果、柴胡等)加蛇床子散外洗(蛇床子、苦参、百部、川椒、枯矾等),治疗本病102例。结果总有效率为91%。结论本方法有固补冲任、扶正驱邪的功效。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of TCM in the treatment of intractable vaginitis. Methods： Self - made prescription （ radix codonopsis, rhizoma atractlodis macrocephalae, cortex phellodendri, rhizoma kaempferiae, radix paeoniae alba, seed of gordon euryale, rhizoma atractylodis, semen plantaginis, semen ginkgo, radix bupleuri, etc. ） for oral usage and fructus cnidii powder （ fructus cnidii, radix sophorae flavescentis, randis stemonae, Xanthoxylum piperitum, alumen exsiccatum ） for external washing were used to treat 102 cases oi this disease. Results： The total effective rate was 91%. Conclusion： This method has the functions of strengthening Chong Meridian, and strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.
