中药结合耳穴贴压法治疗乳腺增生病148例

148 Cases of TCM with Auricular Point Pasting for the Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

目的观察内服温阳补肾、舒肝解郁、软坚散结类中药结合耳穴贴压法治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效,探索治疗乳腺增生病的有效方法。方法采用自拟乳结散(生牡蛎、白芍、元胡、海藻、鹿角霜、夏枯草、柴胡、仙灵脾等)内服结合耳穴贴压法治疗乳腺增生病148例。结果治愈率50.68%,总有效率100%。结论本方法对本病疗效较好,且有治疗简便,患者易于接受的优点。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of orally taking TCM, which have the function of warming yang to nourish kidney, relieving depression of the liver - qi and softening and resolving hard mass, combining with auricular point pasting, on hyperplasia of mammary glands. And to find out a effective method for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods： Self - made Ru Jie powder （ raw oysteer shell, radix paeoniae alba, rhizoma corydalis, seaweed, deglued antler powder, self - heal, bupleurum root, epimeddium, etc. ） for oral taking and auricular point pasting were used to treat 148 cases of mammary hyperplasia. Results： The cure rate was 50.68 %, and the total effective rate was 100 %, which suggests that this method has a good effect on treating mammary hyperplasia, and has the merits of simple and easy to be accepted by patients.
