Approach to Increasing Output of Muffle Furnace

通过对制约马弗炉产量因素的分析,提出3种提高马弗炉产量的方法:提高加热段的加热温度,缩短钢丝被加热到预定温度的时间;提高钢丝的被加热温度,缩短奥氏体均匀化的时间;延长马弗炉的长度,提高收线速度。

To analyze the factors restricting output of muffle furnace, three approaches to increasing muffle furnace output are put forward ： to raise heating temperature of heating phase and shorten the time of wire to be heated to schedule temperature ; to raise heating temperature of wire and shorten the time of austenite homogenizing ; to extend the length of muffle furnace and quicken taking-up speed.
