摘要
介绍82B线材的生产工艺及设备,针对钢绞线对82B线材的质量要求,分析82B线材的拉拔性能、通条均匀性、时效期等主要影响因素以及笔尖状断口、劈裂断口和脆性断口的产生条件。研究异常组织及夹杂物在拉拔、绞线过程中的变形行为及其对拉拔断丝和断口的影响,指出提高线材质量的冶金工艺方向。
To introduce the production process and equipment of 82B wire rod. Contraposing quality requirement of 82B wire rod , such main effect factors as the drawing property, uniformity along the rod and aging period , and the appearing conditions of penpoint shape fracture, cleaved fracture and brittleness fracture are analyzed. Abnormal microstructure, deformation behavior of inclusion during drawing and stranding, and their effect on break wire and fracture as drawing are resaerched. Development direction of metallurgical process improving quality of wire rod is pointed out.
