摘要 目的:探讨COX-2在原发性肝细胞癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肝组织中表达情况及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:采用流式细胞术(FCM)及免疫组化(SP)法对30例肝癌组织、20例癌旁组织及10例正常肝组织中的COX-2蛋白进行定量检测,并对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:(1)COX-2在HCC组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织和正常肝组织,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)COX-2蛋白的表达与肿瘤的大小、部位、包膜、AFP、镜下门静脉癌栓的有无均无关(P>0.05)结论:COX-2在HCC组织中具有较高表达,其过表达是反应HCC生物学行为的有效指标,对HCC的发生发展具有一定作用有望成为HCC基因治疗的靶点,为肝癌的化学预防提供理论依据。 Objective:To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma, in cancer surrounding.tissues and normal liver tissue and its relationship with clinical pathological features. Methods:The expression of COX-2 was detected in 30 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 20 cases of cancer surrounding tissue and 10 normal liver tissue by flow cytometry (FCM) and immunohistochemistry (SP). The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results: ( 1 ) The expression of COX-2 in the HCC tissue was significantly higher than in cancer surrounding tissues and normal liver tissue (P 〈0. 05). (2) The expression of survivin was independence of tumor size, location, capsule, AFP, endoscopic portal vein thrombosis formation (P 〉0. 05). Conclusion: The hyperexpression of COX-2 in tissue can reflex the biological behavior of HCC, and have very important role in the development of HCC. The specificness of COX-2 protein expression make it to be new target of tumor diagnosis and treatment. These results provide a theoretical basis for the chemoprevention of hepatoma.
