摘要
采用TEM拉伸方法,对22Mn-13Cr-5Ni-0.2N钢断裂中出现的裂纹Z字形扩展进行了原位分析结果表明:在拉伸中裂纹Z字形扩展是由材料〔111〕面相对滑动和沿〔100〕面开裂两种方式交替进行完成的这种扩展方式同晶体与外力取向有关.
Z form propagation of cracks in 22Mn- 13Cr-5Ni-0.2N steel has been investigated by means of in situ tensile test in TEM. The results show that the Z form propagation of a crack in the steel is formed by the alternate progress of the relative sliding of the {111}and the cleavage along {100}, and is determined by the relative orientation between outside force and crystal.
