摘要
房地产融资是房地产业中的一个重大课题。针对目前房地产融资市场的现状及新的融资模式的出现,本文从房地产开发商角度出发,对房地产融资中所涉及到的融资模式的选择进行了研究。
Real estate finance is a main question for study in real estate industry. According to the present financing market and new financing models in real estate business,this article analyzes the financing model selection from the point of view of a real estate company.
