谈高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设

"双师型"教师队伍是全面实施实践性教学模式,强化学生动手能力培养,提高高职院校教学质量的关键。高职院校应该明确"双师"标准,建立健全专职教师继续教育和专业实践制度,改革与完善兼职教师聘任制度,在职称评聘及薪酬待遇上向"双师型"教师倾斜,切实加强"双师型"教师队伍建设。

A team of ＂double-qualification teachers＂ is the key to wholly carry out the practical teaching model, strengthen the training of students＇ practice ability and develop the college teaching quality. Vocational colleges should raise the awareness, make clear the criteria of ＂double-quallfication teachers＂, estabhsh and improve the system of full-time teachers＇ further education and professional practice, reform and perfect the part-time teachers＇ employment system, so that the ＂double-quaiification teachers＂ can take great advantage in both title evaluation and engagement and payment.
