医学专业“太极”教材教法研究

Research on "Tai Chi" Teaching Materials and Teaching Methods of the Clinical Medicine

医学专业的学生学习和掌握太极拳、太极剑,对全面了解中华传统体育文化,理解医疗保健体育内涵,提高专业素养,具有重要意义。笔者认为,在"太极"教学实践中,应从医学角度明确培养目标,遵循传统武术教学规律,把理念渗透与身心体悟相结合,不惟现代教学法是从,古为今用,探索出新颖、独特的教学方法,提高教学效果,达到专业培养与社会服务一致性的目标。

It is very meaningful for medical majors to grasp the Taichi Boxing and Taichi sword to comprehensively learn about the Chinese traditional culture, the sports connotation of the medical health care and enhance the specialized accomplishment. In the practical teaching, the author believes that we should be clear about the goal from the medical angle, follow the tradifional teaching rules, explore the unique teaching methods and enhance the teaching effects and achieve the goal of the specialized cultivation and the social service.
