摘要
基于深圳市轨道交通现状及发展趋势,分析了AFC系统由单线运营转向多线运营所存在的问题。在多个运营商共存且实现付费区换乘的前提下,借鉴国内其他城市轨道交通的清分管理经验,结合深圳市轨道交通的实际情况和发展方向,提出建立轨道交通清算管理中心的建议。进一步分析了清分管理中心建设的必要性及主要功能,并研究了清分管理中心对现有单线运营中票务运作的影响以及一些需要考虑的问题。认为轨道交通清算管理中心对多线运营的AFC系统是必不可少的,简化了系统的车票管理。
Based on the status quo and development trends of Shenzhen's rail transit system, this paper analyzes problems of the AFC system in the transition period from single-line to multi-line operations. Considering multiple operators concurrently in charge of a fare zone that allows transferring from one line to another, and according to other cities' experiences, the paper proposes a Fare Clearing Center (FCC) to be built for rail transit systems. The paper further analyzes the necessity of building such a center and its main functionalities, and discusses the influences that the center has on the operations of the existing single-line AFC systems. It is realized that the FCC is a must for multi-line AFC systems, and simplifies the management of fare related issues.
