摘要
藏鸡是我国青藏高原地区特有的地方品种,高原地区特有的高寒低压缺氧的地理环境,使其在高原适应性和机体抵抗力方面更胜于其他鸡种。本文综述了藏鸡对高原环境适应的研究现状,提出分子水平上探究藏鸡对高原环境的适应机制研究,为其标记辅助选育提供借鉴。
Tibetan chicken is a typiical local variety in Tibetan Plateau. In comparison with the other chicken varieties, Tibetan chicken shows adaptability to the plateau environment with frigid temperature, low atmospheric pressure and rare oxygen. In present study, its adaptability to plateau environment has been reviewed which may provide information in Tibetan chicken breeding.
