E2F-1在胃癌组织中的突变、表达及其意义 被引量:10

摘要 E2F-1是细胞周期相关性转录因子E2F家族八个成员之一,在细胞周期进展过程中具有重要的调节作用。有文献报道E2F-1在转基因动物的角质形成细胞中可引起成纤维母细胞转化为肿瘤细胞,林福地等。发现随着肺癌分期的提高E2F-1表达也增高。本实验采用PCR-SSCP和免疫组织化学法,观察E2F-1在胃癌中的基因突变、表达情况,分析E2F-1在胃癌发生发展中的可能作用。
