反义ODN对人卵巢癌细胞株A2780 FSHR表达的影响

摘要 卵巢癌占妇科恶性肿瘤死亡率首位,常规治疗方法为手术和化疗,但生存率较低。大量研究显示,卵泡刺激素(Follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)对卵巢癌的发生发展具有明显促进作用。FSH生理作用的发挥是通过特异性G蛋白偶联受体(Folliclestimulating hormone receptor,FSHR)所介导。近年,FSHR在卵巢中的表达倍受关注。卵巢癌细胞有无FSHR过度表达,恶性与良性肿瘤细胞间FSHR表达差异等问题,目前尚不清楚。
