摘要
目前河南省很多地区普遍忽视普通话教育,导致不同地区的人们的普通话水平普遍低下。本文通过抽样调查河南省普通话应用现状及接受测试人员的普通话运用水平,分析归纳了制约河南省方言区的人学说比较标准普通话的方言因素和影响测试成绩的非方言因素。并从心理障碍及其排除、学习障碍及其克服和领导效应及其发挥等几个方面对普通话教育中存在的问题进行了反思。
Currently,the education and popularization of mandarin in many regions in Henan province has been ignored ,which results in the public's lower level in speaking mandarin in these regions.The paper surveys the contemporary application of mandarin in our province and tests the subjects' level in using mandarin by sam- piing, and analyses and concludes the dialectal factors which restrict people in learning and speaking mandarin, and the non-dialectal factors which influence the test score.The paper also gives some reflections on the problem in terms of eliminating mental barriers, overcoming study barriers, and exerting government role, etc.
