高校档案社会化是必然趋势。只有主动融入社会,实行社会化科学管理,加强档案工作队伍建设,多途径地拓展社会服务功能,才能充分发挥高校档案的潜在价值,产生良好的社会效益。
The socialization of archives in colleges and universities is an inexorable trend. Only by its initiative socialization,adopting socialized and scientific management ,strengthening the organization and serving society in variousapproaches,can the archives management in colleges and universities give full play to its potential value and get good social benefit!
