摘要
针对目前压裂设计中加砂浓度的确定,文章以裂缝无因次导流能力Fcd=1.3~1.6,裂缝综合伤害系数为95%~98%为优化原则,结合优化裂缝长度、线性斜坡式加砂程序设计,形成了压裂设计中加砂浓度优化的方法。该方法在川西地区马井蓬莱镇组气藏两口井进行了先导性试验,马蓬A井优化的砂液比为25%左右,马蓬B井优化的砂液比为15%~20%,通过该优化结果的现场实施,马蓬A井获得天然气无阻流量13.9657×104m3/d,马蓬B井获得天然气无阻流量12.6149×104m3/d,获得了较好的效果,该方法为压裂设计中砂浓度的确定提供了新的方法。
Based on the dimensionless flow conductivity(Fcd=1.3~1.6),comprehensive damage coefficient(95%-98%)of fracture,and combining optimized fracture length and linearity sloping sanding programming,the optimization method of sanding concentration in fracturing design was formed.The method was carried out the pilot tests in two wells in west Sichuan area,gas open-flow capacity obtained in Mapeng well A is 13.9657×104 m3/d and that in Mapeng well B is 12.6149×104 m3/d.The method provided a new measure for the determination of sanding concentration in fracturing design.
