水平井随管存储式温度压力全剖面监测技术及应用 被引量:1

TUBING CONVEYED MEMORY TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE MONITORING TECHNIQUE FOR HORIZONTAL WELLS AND ITS APPLICATION

摘要 水平井技术由于可以大幅度提高单井产量及采收率、降低生产成本,日益成为油藏高效开发的重要技术,但水平井开采过程中存在着水平段动用不均的问题,如何通过监测手段了解水平段的动用状况对提高水平井开发效果起到了至关重要的作用,由于水平井井深结构的特殊性,传统的监测手段无法将仪器下入水平段,文章介绍的这种随油管监测技术将有效解决这一难题。该项技术通过一种新型单探头或多探头存储式压力计,以油管为载体在油井作业过程中下入,由于油管能够完全下入水平段,同时,根据每根油管下入的时间和深度的对应关系,能够对压力计所测数据进行精确地定位,从而得到水平井全井段的温度压力数据。该项技术已在辽河油田实现了规模应用,尤其在稠油水平井的动态调整上发挥了重要作用,取得了良好的经济效益。 Horizontal well technology can enhance per-well production and recovery ratio,and reduce production cost,it has become an important method of effective development of reservoirs.However,the problem on uneven producing extent of the horizontal intervals still exists during horizontal well production.How to use monitoring techniques to learn about the producing situation of the horizontal interval is of great importance to improving the development results of horizontal wells.Because of the distinctiveness of wellbore structure in horizontal wells,the instrument can not be run to the horizontal interval with the traditional monitoring methods.In this paper,a tubing-conveyed monitoring technique was introduced,which can effectively solve the problem.With the technique,a new single or multiple probe memory temperature and pressure gauge is run in hole by taking the tubing as the carrier.Because the tubing can be run to the horizontal interval completely,the measured data by the gauge can be determined accurately based on the running time and depth of each tubing,so that the temperature and pressure data of the entire horizontal well can be obtained.The technique has been applied in Liaohe Oilfield and good economic benefits are obtained,it played an important role in adjusting the performance of heavy oil horizontal wells.
