摘要
为了保证在油田注水系统安装液体粘性调速离合器取得良好效果,给出了在忽略离合器自身功率损失时,在单台泵或多台泵并联运行条件下节能效果的计算方法,分析了离合器的滑差功率损失,指出调速后的工况点与额定工况点不是相似工况点,提出了润滑油在被转子甩出时会造成离合器功率的冲击损失的观点。结果表明理论节能值取决于泵管压差;滑差损失不仅是传动比的函数,还与实际轴功率有关;离合器功率的冲击损失值与润滑油的流量、转子半径的平方和转速的平方成正比。
To ensure the energy-saving effect of hydroviscous drive(HVD)in water-injection system in oilfield,the calculating method is given to predict the energy-saving effect when there are one or more pumps working together,and when the power loss of HVD is neglected.Based on the analysis of the power loss of HVD resulting from the difference of rotary speed,it is pointed out that the working point after the speed-regulating and the rated working point are not similar.It is proposed that the lubricating oil can result in the power loss of HVD when thrown out of the rotor.The results show that the theoretic energy-saving value depends on the pressure difference between the pumps and the pipelines,the power loss due to speed difference depends not only on the drive ratio,but also on the practical shaft power,the value of the power loss resulting from the impact of lubricating oil is proportional to the flow rate of the oil,the square of the rotor radius and the square of the rotary speed.
