聚醚型液晶与非离子型表面活性剂复配性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 制备了以聚环氧氯丙烷为主链、两个亚甲基单元为间隔基、侧链含介晶基团的高分子树脂。将该树脂与0.5%-4%表面活性剂OP-10复配。用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)以及静滴接触角/界面张力测量仪研究对比了树脂复配前后的热性能和表面性能。结果表明,该树脂有液晶性,从DSC曲线上观察得熔点峰(80.93℃)和清亮点峰(97.41℃),偏光显微镜下降温80℃时观察到该液晶高分子呈纹影织构,属于向列相。与表面活性剂复配后液晶性消失,熔点降低。复配后该树脂的表面能先降低后升高,表面活性剂添加量为1%时,表面能最低。复配后该树脂的亲水性明显增强,表面活性剂添加量为2%时亲水性最好。 The polyepichlorohydrin resin with side mesogenic groups had been synthesized, in which the spacer length was 2. The liquid crystalline behavior and surface properties of the resin combined with 0. 5 %-4 % non-ionic surfactant were investigated by the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarizied optical microscopy (POM) and JC2000A contact angle goniometer. DSC curves showed that the melting point and the clearing temperature of the resin were 80. 93℃ and 97.41℃, respectively. The nemactic schlieren texture was observed on POM. The results showed that,liquid crystallinity of the resin disappeared after combined with surfactant and its melting point lowered. Surface energy of the resin combined with surfactant decreased at first and then increased. It had the lowest surface energy when the proportion of surfactant was 1%. Hydrophile ability was increasing dramatically. The resin had the best hydrophile ability when the proportion of surfactant was 2%.
