摘要
目的探讨原代大肠癌细胞分离培养中的影响因素。方法采用消化法和贴壁法培养原代大肠癌细胞,观察影响因素。结果原代大肠癌细胞能否培养成功与取材、培养方法及培养液等密切相关。结论标本取材、培养方法等对培养能否成功有重要影响。
Objective To study factors of cell cultivation in carcinoma of large intestine. Methods Cultivation of cancer cell from specimen by digestion and adherence. Results It was closely correlated with specimen and method to cultivate cancer cell Conclusion Specimen and method are very important in cultivation of cancer cell.
