呋喃树脂的硬化原理与温芯盒法催化剂的研制

摘要 目前国内外常用的温芯盒法催化剂存在一定的不足之处。本文针对呋喃树脂砂酸催化固化过程的特点,提出了复合催化的设计思想,开发了温芯盒用系列复合催化剂。性能测试表明,这类催化剂不仅成本低、效果好,而且催化剂自身能聚合,对树脂砂芯起补强作用,从而可以降低芯砂中树脂用量,用于生产将会产生很大的经济效益。 The catalysts presented used home and abroad for the warm box process are not satisfactory.In this paper,the compound catalysts were designed in view of the acid hardening mechanism of furan resin.Testing results show that these newly developed catalysts not only are cheap and effective,but also can polymerize themselves,which strengthen the resin bridge to some extent and,hence,the resin consumption could be saved.Great economic benefit could be obtained with their application.
