维生素B_2的极谱催化波研究及应用

摘要 In 1.2×10-2 mol/L KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH 6.4) supporting electrolyte, the polarographic reduce wave of vitamine B2, with peak potential of -0.43(vs,SCE),can be catalyted by the addition of H2O2, produced a new polarographic catalytic wave. With the help of cyclic voltammogram and UV-VIS spectrogram, we discussed the mechanism of the polarographic catalytic wave. Additionally, the new method to detect vitamine B2 was established, with the linear range of 4.0×10-7mol/L~8.0×10-5 mol/L and the detection limit of 1.5×10-7 mol/L. Further more, the new method was applied to detect vitamine B2 in tablet with satisfactory results.
