摘要 目的检测2型糖尿病病人血浆Ghrelin水平,分析其与血压的关系。方法测定30例正常对照组及53例2型糖尿病病人清晨空腹Ghrelin水平及血压的变化。结果2型糖尿病正常血压组病人空腹血Ghrelin水平较正常对照组降低约20%,差异有显著性(P<0.05),而2型糖尿病高血压组病人空腹血Ghrelin水平低于正常对照组更明显(下降34%,P<0.01)。2型糖尿病高血压组Ghrelin水平的下降与收缩压(SBP)(r=-0.546,P<0.05)、舒张压(DBP)(r=-0.614,P<0.01)和脉压(r=-0.573,P<0.05)相关,Ghrelin与BMI、糖化血红蛋白、静脉空腹血糖等因素无显著相关性。结论2型糖尿病并高血压病人清晨空腹Ghrelin水平低于对照组,与收缩压、舒张压和脉压水平呈负相关。 Objective To measure levels of plasma ghrelin and to analysis it associated with the blood pressure in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods To measure fasting plasma ghrelin and blood pressure in 53 type 2 diabetes patients and 30 normal controls. Results In type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension, the fasting plasma ghrelin was significantly lower than that of the control (P〈0. 01), and the fasting plasma ghrelin was negatively correlated with SBP level (r=-0. 554, P〈0.01), DBP (r=-0. 614; P〈0. 01) and pulse pressure (r=-0. 537; P〈0.05). Ghrelin was not association between BMI, HbA1c, fasting glucose. Conclusion The fasting plasma ghrelin was reduced in type 2 diabetes with hypertension, and associated with SBP, DP, P and pulse pressure.
