氯氰菊酯急性暴露对斑马鱼钙调磷酸酶信号的调节 被引量:1

摘要 以亚致死剂量氯氰菊酯对斑马鱼急性染毒后,利用相对定量反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)研究斑马鱼钙调磷酸酶通路上几个关键信号分子在染毒前后mRNA水平的改变。结果提示氯氰菊酯能有效诱导斑马鱼钙调磷酸酶信号途径上某些基因的转录。 Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method was employed to detect the transcriptional changes of several critical molecules involved in the calcineurin signaling pathway, after groups of zebrafish exposed to cypermethrin of various concentrations. It was indicated that cypermethrin was a potent regulator of calcineurin pathway, and dscrl might be one of its target.
