摘要
目前许多高校对评估结果的关心甚于如何提高自身的教学水平、管理水平。这其实是对评估工作的一种错误理解,没有真正体会“以评促建、以评促改、以评促管”的评估精神,而是为了评估而评估。这完全背离了评估的初衷。
At present many universities pay more attention to the result of appraisal than how to improve the level of their own teaching and management, which, in fact, is a misunderstanding of the work of appraisal. They fail to comprehend the spirit of appraisal "to construct, improve and manage impelled by appraisal".
