摘要
网上购物已经不是一个陌生的词,在其不断发展的过程中,出现了许多侵害消费者权益的问题,主要包括侵害消费者知情权,交易安全难以保障,退换货困难等等。要在网上购物中保护消费者权益,没有必要专门制定法律进行保护,参照适用《消费者权益保护法》即可。应在《消费者权益保护法》中规定经营者严格的信息披露制度,消费者购物冷静期,设立投诉机构和权威的信用评价体系。
in the development of online shopping, many problems have appeared, such as aggrieving consumer' s legal right, damaging the safety of bargaining, hard to exchange a purchase and so on. In order to protect the online shopping consumers, there is no need to establish special law, but should amend the 〈consumer protecting law〉.
