以现代自然辩证法理论看动物与道德的关系

近年来,越来越多的虐待动物事件呈现在人们眼前,作为与人类同为生命体之一的动物,对其究竟要如何予以保护已成为公众日益关注的话题。在伦理学界,对该问题争执的焦点在于对动物的保护是否必须让动物获得道德主体地位来实现。本文作者试以现代自然辩证法理论为考察角度,在分析动物与人的区别及动物的道德主体化理论之不足的基础上来探析动物与道德的关系,认为动物不可能成为人类道德的主体,动物在道德范畴上仍然是一种客体,我们可以把动物纳入道德的关怀范畴,以达到有效保护。

In recent years, the more and more events about maltreating animals presents in front of the people, the animal which as ong of the life bodies as humanity, how to protect it, has become the topic which the public paid attention day by day. In ethics educational world, lies in to this question dispute focal point about the question lies in whether does have to let the animal obtain the moral main body status in order to protect them. This article author tries take the modern natural diagnostic method theory as the inspection angle, at the base of analysing animal and human＇s difference and animal＇s insufficiency of moral main body theory, analyzes relations between the animal and the moral, and thought the animal is not impossible to become the moral main body, the animal in the moral category still was one kind of objects, we might integrate the animal into moral concern category, achieved the effective protection.
