西汉给事中考略

An Examination to Jishizhong of Xihan Dynasty

本文对西汉时期任给事中一职诸吏进行了详尽考察。分析认为,昭宣以后给事中一职的授予情况较为复杂,在对象上远远超出了成规。同时,在职权上,给事中的权限也超出了顾问应对、讨论政事的范围。

This paper detailedly reviewed all the officials who had been a Jishizhong in the Xihan Dynasty. Thinking that the situation about Jishizhong authorizing is comparatively complicated after the period of Zhao and Xuan emperor, the target is beyond the established practice. Meanwhile, on-the-job rights, Jishizhong＇ s authority also beyond the range about advisor and government affairs discuss.
