摘要 分析磨削表面烧伤,应用BP神经网络监控磨削状态,从磨削火花温度信号中取出一步自相关系数和峭度系数作为网络输入特征. The paper analyses the grinding burn,and presents a BP neural network application for grinding condition monitoring in a turning operation The one step autocorelation coefficient and rise coefficient,which are extracted from the grinding spark temperature signal,are the imput features of the network,
