摘要
当电阻、电容、电感、二极管和三极管等元器件在高频应用时,并不表现为一般的理想特性,也通常会因为它们的这种高频特性而影响实验的预期结果.为了进一步分析实验中具体电路的实际情况,首先要建立分立元器件的高频等效模型.本文选用了现在工程上公认的优秀软件Matlab来辅助分析.
When the components, such as resistor, capacitor, inductor, diode and transistor are used in the high-frequency circuits, they have their own high-frequency equivalent models. In order to analyse the high-frequency circuits, we must set up the models of single components first. We took an accurate example for each component to illustrate the model. And we chose the Matlab as our tool.
