番茄红素对D-半乳糖致老大鼠骨质影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文研究了番茄红素对D-半乳糖致老大鼠骨质的影响.主要采用的方法是用D-半乳糖注射Wister雄性大鼠5个月,建立衰老模型,对青年组、模型组、药物组和正常老龄对照组进行骨常规参数进行测定及比较.实验结果表明:D-半乳糖组骨密度、骨结构力学参数、生物力学参数、骨钙、镁、锰及羟脯氨酸含量均比青年组有显著降低(P<0.01),而骨磷含量,骨和血清碱性磷酸转移酶均比青年组有显著升高(P<0.01),这些变化与正常老龄对照组的变化趋势一致,并且比后者变化得更显著.相比之下,药物组在上述参数指标均比模型组呈现显著差异(P<0.01).故长期大量摄入D-半乳糖导致大鼠衰老同时可能诱发其发生骨质变化,而番茄红素可以预防或降低此类致老骨质变化的发生. Objective: Lycopene influence on D-galactose induced Osseous Changes of Rat. Methods: To cause aging, Wister rats were given injections of D-galactose for 5 monthes. They were randomly divided in four groups, including young group, model group, medication group and old group, whose osseous routine parameters were tested and compared. Results: Compared with young group, the BMD, structural power parameters of bone, biological power parameters of bone, bone calcium, manganese, magnesium and the content of hydroxyproline in the model group were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.01 ). However, the medication group significantly differed with the model group. Conclusions: The high does of D-galactose can cause aging and osteoporsis at the same time, but lycopene can reform D-galactose induced Osseous Changes
