金不换中总生物碱提取方法的研究

Study on Extraction of Total Alkaloid of Stephania delavayi Diels

本文通过对金不换甲醇提取、无水乙醇提取、氨性氯仿提取和酸性乙醇提取等提取方法的比较与筛选,确定溶剂用量、提取次数、pH值和提取时间为影响因素,并以L9(34)正交设计表安排试验.综合考虑各种因素,金不换总生物碱的最佳提取工艺为9倍量p=4.5 95%乙醇提取2次,每次2小时.

Extracting times, ethonal volume, pH and extracting time were screened and L9 （3^4） orthogonal test were applied. The optimal extraction conditions of Stephania delavayi Diels were as follows ： refluxing and extracting with 9-fold 95 % alcohol （pH = 4.5） for two hours twice.
