中西医结合治疗少数民族青年痤疮对照观察

Contrastive Observation of Curing Chinese Minority Youth's Acne Diease

本文采用中医、西医、中西医结合的三种治疗方法,对少数民族青年痤疮的疗效差异进行了观察和对照.选60例少数民族男女大学生患痤疮Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级者,随机分为三组,每组20例.第一组中药治疗,第二组西药治疗,第三组中西药同时治疗.以上三组病例均连续治疗3个疗程,每个疗程10天,对比观察治疗情况.结果发现中西医结合治疗少数民族青年痤疮,疗效好,优于单纯中药治疗或单纯西药治疗.

The Purpose： Explore the different therapeutic effects of minority youth＇s acne disease by using the ways of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and the combination of the both. Methods： Choose 60 minority male and female college students who suffer from acne disease with three levels： I, II, III. They are classified into three groups at random and they are given three courses of treatment with ten days each. Then their treatments and effects are observed and contrasted. Result： The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has the best therapeutic effect to cure minority youth＇s acne disease and it is better than pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment and pure western medicine treatment.
