摘要
对含有不同极压剂、不同极压剂浓度和不同类型(如阳离子、非离子等)的轧制乳化液进行了极压性能的研究;探讨了含硫乳化液在极压状态单分子反应层生成的速率,乳化液比乳化油有较高的Pb极压值;在20g/L~100g/L范围,乳化液浓度对极压性能影响甚微.
Extreme presssure properties of sulphuret or phosphide and emulsions with different concentrations and types(such as cationic,anodic,nonionic)are studide.The reacting speed of a layer sulphide is investigated under extreme pressure condition.Emulsion liquid has higher P b value than emulsion oil,and emulsion concentration has little influence on extreme pressure property in the range of concentration of 20g/L~100g/L.
