摘要 该文应用Volterra级数法分析了电容耦合FET振荡系统在外加信号下的注入锁定现象,解析地推导出输出信号和注入锁定带宽表达式。首先建立系统的频域模型,然后用Volterra级数导出系统的各阶传递函数,最后列出基波方程。结果表明,在外加信号为零时,所求出的解是系统的自治振荡输出。在外加信号频率e与系统频率0相差不大时发生注入锁相,其导出的频率锁定带宽同平均法结果是相同的。 In this paper, the analysis of forced FET oscillators by using Volterra series method is first presented. The output and frequency locked range is analytically obtained. First,the circuit model in frequency domain is constructed' Then, n th-order Volterra kernel is derived and the current-voltage equation in fundamental frequency is listed. The results show that the solutions are in agreement with those of autonomous nonlinear systems when the injected signal is zero and that the solutions are in agreement with those of nonautonomous nonlinear systems when the injected signal frequency is close to local one.
