回转型自由曲面4轴加工算法研究及应用

摘要 该文对回转型自由曲面的几何造型进行了研究,分别提出在两端横截面曲线之间插值和用扫掠生成回转型自由曲面的方法。根据4轴数控加工的特点,对刀位点、刀轴矢量、步距和行距的计算以及后置处理进行了分析,给出了行之有效的算法。同时解决了曲面法矢垂直于回转平面时刀轴矢量难以确定的关键问题。加工实例表明,所开发的系统稳定、可靠,具有重要的实用价值。 Some researches have been done on geometric modeling of ratational free surface itlld modeling methos of interPolation of two end-section curves and sweep representation have been proposed. According to the characteristics of 4-axis machining an analysis of calculation of toolpath and post-processing has been made and some algorithms have been designed. Also,a solution is offered to solve the problem of generating tool axis vector when the surface normal ts perpendicular to rotary plane. The result of machining shows that the system developed is stable,reliable and useful in 4-axis machining of rotational free surface.
