摘要 该文针对高压静电破乳技术这一液膜分离中的关键环节,进行了比较系统的实验研究。自行设计了破乳器,分析影响破乳的主要因素,找出破乳的工艺参数,即采用平板平行电场破乳器,电压为6kV,破乳时间为5min,破乳率可达90%以上。对破乳前后的膜相组分进行气相色谱分析,其组分未见明显变化。油相经15次重复使用,金属离子去除率未见下降,说明油相回用对液膜体系影响不大,高压静电破乳技术对有机相无明显破坏。 High-tension electroStatic deemulsificatfon technology,a key link in liquid membrane separation was systematicall investigated in this study. Deemulsificator was designed by ourselves. Major factors of deemuisification was analyed and the technological parameters measured in this study were obtained: paralleLplate electric field deemulsificator, voltage (6 kV),deemulsification time (5 min). The deemulsificatinn rate can reach more than 9o %. During the gas chromatography analysis of the membrane phase,the clear change of the component parts had not been found after deemulsification. And the removal rate of metal ions was not significantly reduced in 15 times recycling use of membrane phase. It showed that the recycle use of membrane phase had little influence on the liquid membrane system and that the high-tension electrostatic deemulsification technofogy had no clear destruction of organic phase.
