摘要
1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(CF3CH2F,HFC-134a)作为氟氯烃(CFCs)无污替代物广泛应用于致冷、发泡及气溶胶等行业。该文叙述了HFC-134a的合成路线,通过对四氯乙烯(PCE)合成路线及三氯乙烯(TCE)合成路线的比较,选择了以TCE为原料,经过中间体1,1,1-三氟-2-氯乙烷(HCFC-133a)两步气相氟化合成HFC-134a的路线。

This paper described different routes to produce HFC-134a' The process for preparing HFC-l34a by a two step vapor-phase catalytic fluorination reaction of trichloroethylene (TCE) with anhydrous hydrogen fluorie (AHF) via 1, 1, 1-trifluoro-2-chloroethane (CF3CH2Cl,HCFC-133a) as an intemediate was relatively resonable among two kinds of industrialized routes,in which PCE and TCE are raw materials respectively.
